Youth Success

We are committed to helping youth with disabilities become self-sufficient and independent adults. Our Youth Empowered to Success (YES!) program serves youth between the ages of 14 to 21 and focuses on career exploration, life skills, and character and positive habit development. Our goal is to empower youth to become more confident, competent, and resilient.

 

We provide a safe space for youth to explore their ability and unlock their full potential through educational workshops and social outings. Disability does not stop anyone from saying YES to success. Empower your child to live a fulfilling life with GRACE.
